Munda Biddi: Pemberton onwards and back

Having suffered a dearth of weekend adventures, we are making up for lost time.  A sense of impending summer also adds motivation – in a few weeks time daytime temperatures will be in the mid-high 30s (celcius) on a regular basis.  The one just that just passed started off as another climbing trip, but our required 3rd adult didn’t happen.  So we pondered going for a walk, then went riding instead.

Sarah hatched a cunning plan and the car was loaded.  We’re starting to run out of Munda Biddi sections, and those that we’re yet to do are getting further away.  Pretty much out of car shuffle range.  We’ve already connected the dots with a ‘hitch-leg’ and various other sort-of-cleverness.  Our ruse was blown a little sideways when loading stuff onto the bikes at our destination.  The bar connecting the Chariot that allows Bryn to sleep while we still make progress to my bike was still at home – several hours away.

We're trailer-less by accident, but we do get to see how we manage without. Our daily range is reduced a bit - nap-time becomes a static affair, but Bryn copes amazingly with hours on the Yepp-mini

Until we lose nap-time, we’ll probably keep to pulling the trailer – but it’s good to know that accidental omissions don’t spoil things too much.
